Description

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who will write and find stories for our daily print newspaper and for our online website. Being able to take photographs is a necessity while learning how to use InDesign and lay out pages is also an asset. 

Qualifications

Possessing an excellent work ethic, the successful candidate will be able to research, do interviews and report on developments in civic, provincial and federal politics, have an understanding of science, business, the energy sector and environmental issues. There will be other news beats to cover such as court, emergency and but enjoying politics is an asset. Drivers licence and the applicant's own working vehicle is required.
