Description
Odvod is seeking an experienced writer/producer to work on a variety of projects. The writing will focus primarily on custom publishing projects; sponsored and branded content features; and digital content for a variety of platforms. The producer role will involve podcasts as well as some video.
Our company is producing several podcasts for external clients as well as under its flagship title, Edify. We expect this area of our work to grow – so the producer role will require some flexibility. You don’t necessarily need podcast experience, but you do need to understand storytelling and the fundamentals of podcasting. Your work will focus initially on managing various aspects of podcast production, including the administration involved in scheduling guests; liaising with clients; writing show notes and participating in ideation, creating engaging content and working with the Odvod team to market and grow all aspects of podcasting.
If you have audio engineering ability, great, but this is really about the art of podcasting and all the creative and written communication aspects of podcast production.
This is a full-time position and is NOT remote.

Qualifications
You should have a post-secondary degree in journalism, communications or marketing, and you must be an exemplary writer and communicator. If you are talented, hard working and self-motivated, you should apply.
