The role is a full-time role of about 36-40 hours per week assisting our office manager and includes relief reception, filing and scanning, client liaison and general office admin.
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service while directing calls to appropriate person
- Client & Staff compliance documentation & record management
- Provide assistance to Director and Manager
- General administrative duties such as Tax invoices, quotes, filing etc.
